Starcraft 2 Zerg Vs Terran Strategy – Learn how to counter Terran
1This Starcraft 2 guide addresses a specific situation – Zerg players up against Terrans in the early stages of the game. Firstly, it is not likely that you will face any harassment of a magnitude lesser than a Reaper rush. Terrans tend to have a slow start and they tend to play defensively – holing themselves up with Supply Depots and Barracks with Siege Tanks and Marauders for support. (more…)
StarCraft 2 Strategy Guide – Zerg Vs. Terran’s Formidable Ground Army
0In a Zerg vs. Terran game, the Terrans are capable of fielding a powerful ground force. This Starcraft 2 guide is aimed at teaching you how you can deal with a Terran ground attack while playing as Zerg.
One of the mainstays of any Zerg Starcraft 2 strategy is the Mutalisk. However, against Terrans this might not work. Mutalisks can be neutralised if the Terrans make good use of Turrets. When your Mutalisk attack is repulsed, you need to prepare for his ground attack which would probably consist of Marines, Marauders, Siege Tanks and Medivacs.
Zerg Vs Terran – The Starving Strategy
0A Zerg Vs Terran game can be a really tough match to win. I myself find it difficult and this calls for some expert Starcraft 2 strategies. This guide will tell you more about how you can win a Zerg Vs Terran match.
The main reason why a Terran opponent seems difficult to defeat is due to their ability to scale up and produce units like Thor and Medivac. You will find only two methods that can help you to win against a good Terran player. The first one is Harrasing i.e. constantly attacking with Zerglings and Banelings to slow down their growth. This can be really hard to master. The second idea would to use an expand and starve strategy which will be discussed in this guide here.

Zerg Vs Protoss – Winning by Starving Strategy
0
Here is another good Starcraft 2 Strategy that could prove useful in a Zerg Vs Protoss match. Wining a Zerg vs Protoss match can be difficult because of Protoss’s ability to build counter unit for whatever we attack them with. If we raise an army of Zerglings, they go for Zealots and Colossus. If we go for Roaches, they go for Immortals, again a perfect counter. If we decide upon Hydralisks, they make Stalkers and Colossus. No matter, what we do they always have a counter for Zergs. So how can a Zerg player win against a really good Protoss opponent? The answer is to produce more units and gather more resources than them. Read more to learn how this Starcraft 2 strategy can prove useful in a Zerg Vs Prostoss match.
Expanding the Zerg army as early and preventing the Protoss player from expansion is the main idea behind this Starcraft 2 strategy. As you begin the game, get a few Zerglings and harass the Protoss opponent. This would keep them occupied in a battle and hinder their expansion. Instead of upgrading your base to a Lair, gather more minerals. Expand your resources. This delay in upgrading to Lair will prevent you from defending against air units, so keep an eye on the Protoss base to know if they are planning for a Void Rush. Once you get your expansion done, go for Hydralisks and then get your army ready. Going for a few Corruptors would be a good idea as they do well versus Colossus and Void Rays. Prevent the Protoss player’s expansion and wait. Do not attack at his primary base. Once he runs out of minerals, they won’t have any other options left and they will attack your base. This should be no trouble as you would have two bases where as your opponent would have just one.
It is not easy to be an advanced Starcraft 2 player. At advanced level competition gets pretty challenging. I bought Shokz starcraft 2 strategy guide and it has been very helpful with such starcraft 2 strategies. I highly recommend that you get one too if you want to hit Diamond league as soon as possible. There are a lot of really cool things in there to learn. Good luck and see you on BattleNet.

Perfect Build Order for Zerg
2
Here is a really good Starcraft 2 strategy for you – The Perfect Build order for Zerg. The title may confuse you a little bit because we all know that there is no such thing as a single perfect build order. However, there are some for different kinds of battles or scenarios. Having said that, you must know that there is a base build order and every good Zerg player starts with it. Later this changes depending on the kind of game you are into. This guide teaches you this essential base build order for Zerg that is highly recommended to begin with.
Typically many Zerg players make some common mistakes. Zerg’s weakness is anti air. Hence it will be a really nice idea if we can upgrade to Lair as fast as we can. This will improve our defense versus air units. I also suggest that you skip Roaches as they are rarely used on battlenet these days.
So here is the base build order and a good Starcraft 2 Zerg Strategy:
Begin with Drones till you get 9 of them. Then go for an Overlord. Once your Overlord is done, get another 4 Drones. Then you will want to get a Spawning pool. While this is getting ready, get another 3 Drones off it and keep continuing. When your spawn pool is ready, get a Queen and 3 Drones till your supply reaches 18. After that get another Overlord. That’s all for the base build order. From this point it’s all on you. I would myself get some Zerglings to go scouting. Either that or harass as my upgrades run for Hydralisks. Then I would try to expand if I have 27 odd supply.
